We take great pride in developing our training lessons. We also strive to make certain that our cartoon products are made of the highest quality materials. We hope that you enjoy our cartoon products and training videos as much as our other students have, but in the event that you are not satisfied with a product, the following is our return policy: All downloadable training videos are not returnable and therefore no refund will be issued. All CD products and Art Supply products carry a 100% Money Back Guarantee if: Returned within 30 days from the purchase date. A full refund for the product (less shipping and handling) will be applied to your credit card. If originally paid by check, a check will be issued and mailed to you. Original product containers have NOT been opened. All custom printed products are not returnable and therefore no refund will be issued. Simply email a return request to instructor@learntocartoon.com. A return authorization number and mailing instructions will be issued via email.
